RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY – ONE PITSTOP

At ONE PITSTOP, we accept returns only for unused and unmounted tyres in cases where a manufacturing defect is detected before installation. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of purchase. The tyre must remain unused, unmounted, and in its original condition, along with a valid purchase invoice.

Once a tyre is installed or driven on the road, it becomes non-returnable, as it is classified as used automotive material and cannot be resold as new.

Damage caused after installation is strictly not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Punctures

• Sidewall cuts or tears

• Impact breaks or bulges

• Air leakage due to rim or wheel issues

• Uneven or premature wear caused by wheel alignment, balancing, or suspension problems

• Results of manufacturer warranty inspection outcomes

We allow exchanges only before installation in cases where tyre size, load rating, speed rating, or tread pattern needs to be changed. The tyre must not be fitted or used and must be in original resale condition. Exchange approval is subject to physical inspection and stock availability. Any price difference, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Fitment charges, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, and any service or labour charges are strictly non-refundable.

All tyres sold at ONE PITSTOP are covered under the official manufacturer warranty provided by brands such as Apollo, Continental, Bridgestone, and others. Warranty coverage is limited strictly to genuine manufacturing defects and is assessed solely by authorised company engineers. Warranty does not cover road usage damage, punctures, accidental cuts, improper inflation, overloading, misuse, or alignment-related wear.
